The users of Houseyog are granted a nonexclusive, limited right to access and use the service in accordance with the rules that are described hereunder in this agreement.
In order to keep this system useful for all users, it is important that users follow certain rules. Houseyog reserves the right to deny access to its service to any user who violates these rules, is the subject of complaints by other houseyog users, partners or for any other reason.
As a user you agree to not engage in following activities:
Houseyog is a resource for informational purposes and is intended, but not promised or guaranteed to be correct, complete, and up-to-date. The accuracy, completeness or adequacy of houseyog is not warranted or guaranteed. Houseyog further assumes no liability for the interpretation and/or use of the information contained or obtained on this website. The owner of this website does not intend links from this site to other websites to be referrals to, endorsements of, or affiliations with the linked entities. Houseyog is not responsible for, and makes no representations or warranties about the contents of websites to which links may be provided from this website.
Apart from this, the opinions and views expressed are those of the individual users of this website, and do not reflect those of Houseyog. Houseyog makes every effort to verify that a service provider (architects, interior designers and any other contractor) who subscribe to the service are registered and licensed at the time of registration or forming an association with Houseyog. However, Houseyog cannot track, verify, or monitor the standing of such service providers using the service. Therefore, Houseyog makes no representation regarding the status, standing or ability of contractors and service providers that is listed on this website.
Users are urged to make their own independent investigation and evaluation of service providers and contractors or any other firm being considered.
Houseyog is not responsible for, and in no way endorses any description or indication of specialization or limitation of practice by service providers, contractors or firm. Efforts will be made to avoid false information, but please be aware that we may not be sure even after putting our best efforts. It is up to the user to question the service provider or contractors on the factual basis of any statement they make, ask for the names of the certifying agencies, and verify all information.
Houseyog in no way endorses the content or legality of any offers, statements, or promises made by service providers, contractors or any other parties, on or off this site.
At different sections on the Site, Houseyog may permit visitors to post reviews, comments, and other content (the "user content"). Houseyog is not the publisher or author of such user content. It only stores and disseminates the ideas and opinions that Houseyog members may choose to post and distribute as user content. Houseyog disclaims all responsibility for such content. If any offending material is brought to the notice of Houseyog, it will be deleted as soon as possible. Whether such material is indeed offending will be finally decided by Houseyog.

The user is however warned that the use of the internet or e-mail for confidential or sensitive information is susceptible to risks that inevitably arise on this medium. Additionally, because Houseyog cannot control the conduct of others, we cannot guarantee that this information will remain confidential. Please use caution in deciding what information to input into the System.
The user agrees that Houseyog is not responsible for any harm that his/her use of this service may cause. The user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Houseyog harmless from and against any and all liability and costs incurred in connection with any loss, liability, claim, demand, damage, and expenses arising from or in connection with the contents or use of the service. The user agrees that this defense and indemnity shall also apply to any breach by the user of the agreement or the foregoing representations, warranties and covenants. The user further agrees that this defense and indemnity shall include without limitation of lawyers fees and costs. The user also agrees that this defense and indemnity shall apply to Houseyog, its founders, officers and employees. Houseyog reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by the user and the user shall not in any event settle any matter without the written consent of Houseyog.
By uploading content to or submitting any materials for use on Houseyog, you grant (or warrant that the owner of such rights has expressly granted) Houseyog a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and distribute such materials or incorporate such materials into any form, medium, or technology now known or later developed. Houseyog however gives an assurance that any information of a sensitive nature will not be intentionally disclosed and revealed to any third party.
Except as expressly provided in these terms and conditions, nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring any license or right, by implication, estoppels or otherwise, under copyright or other intellectual property rights. The user agrees that the content and Web Site are protected by copyright, trademark, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. The user acknowledges and agrees that the user is permitted to use this material and information only as expressly authorized by Houseyog, and may not copy, reproduce, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works of such content or information without express authorization. The user acknowledges and agrees that Houseyog can display images and text throughout the Service. Users cannot extract and publish any information from the system, either electronically or in print, without the permission of Houseyog and the permission of all other concerned parties.

House plans and designs (including floor plan, elevation design, technical drawings, structural drawing, working drawings, images, documents etc) featured on this website or provided to a specific user are created by engineers, architects and designers based on generally used civil and interior design principles. While creating these designs and drawings, the architects and professionals may not have considered legal guidelines specific to a particular geography, city, state or country. And therefore, anyone using this website is requested to consult the local city planning authority before acting on any of the plans or designs obtained through houseyog. Neither houseyog nor any of its promoters, directors, employees or members holds any responsibility of losses incurred (if any) by implementing its plans, designs or services.

Houseyog team including sales executives and representatives are not engineers, architects or qualified interior designers, and they do not create or modify building plans and interior designs. They are only trained and authorized to communicate and sell plans and services to houseyog users, clients and customers. They work as bridge between the customers and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and service/delivery experience for anyone using this service.
Plans and designs are always created by qualified and experienced team of architects and interior designers, who may be an independent service provider, an architectural firm or an interior design firm selling their products or services on Houseyog.
Anyone buying a house plan, interior design or any other service from Houseyog get personal use license, which means they can use the information for a fair and personal use, but they cannot sell, re-sale or distribute any material sourced from this website to any other person or entity for free or for commercial or any other types of gains.
Transactions between you and Houseyog shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to the laws regarding conflicts of law. Any litigation regarding this agreement or any transaction between customer and Houseyog or any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these agreement or transaction shall be filed only in the Competent Courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, India alone and the customer hereby agrees, consents and submits to the jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating or any such action.
We strive to ensure that you get the best services at extremely reasonable rates. However, a situation may arise when you wish to cancel an order, and request for refund.
We would like to clarify that we are a service provider company, and the moment we receive an order, our design and execution team starts working on the project/order. Therefore we may not be able to offer a refund (full or partial refund) for order which is already in process, and we have started the work.
Once the order is placed and we start working on the project, we cannot cancel such order from our end, and unfortunately we can’t offer any refund against payments for such order.
However, we want to ensure that you get the best possible service from Houseyog, and therefore we may consider your refund request if the execution is not yet started for your order/project.
In case you wish to ask for a refund against an order which has not yet been started by our design and execution team, kindly send an e-mail to help@houseyog.com explaining the reason for the refund or the cancellation of your order.
Upon receiving your mail, the senior management team at Houseyog shall decide on whether your request for refund should be processed, accepted or rejected depending on the reason for refunds, and the execution status of your order.
Also note that we (Houseyog) reserve the right to take the final and binding decision with regard to requests for refund/cancellation, and percentage or amount of refund against such order, which is not yet started.
If we approve your request for full or partial refund amount, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned herein or elsewhere, we will send you an e-mail seeking the details required to refund the amount which may include your Bank Account details such as the account number and the IFS code of the branch where you have your account. Please note that, it may take us a minimum of about 4-6 working days from the receipt of all such information to process the refund request and initiate the transfer of full or partial refund amount.
We reiterate once again that we reserve the final right to:
A) Approve or reject any refund requests depending on the reason and the status of the order.
B) Determine the amount of refund to be offered against any order which is not yet started.
We would also like to clarify that in cases outside our control, including but not limited to national holidays, department holidays, delays on the part of Our affiliates, acts of war, acts of God, earthquake, riot, sabotage, labour shortage or dispute, internet interruption, power disruption, lack of phone network connectivity, technical failures, breakage of sea cable, hacking, piracy, we shall not be liable for any delays.
