Here's a super luxurious and modern 2 bedroom Indian house design
This beautiful Indian house has been designed on a plot size of approx 2580 sq ft. The house has a built up area of around 1175 sq ft. This single floor house has front open space with provision for landscaped garden and greeneries and open car and bike parking space.
The main entrance of the house opens to a mid sized drawing room with seating arrangements for 6 peoples (two three seater sofa placed facing each other) and there is an entertainment zone as well. To the left is the dining area, and space for the temple room.
To the right is the staircase that leads to the rooftop. Just beside the stairs, we have a master bedroom with an attached bathroom. To the left is a spacious kitchen with L shape counter top and there is a separate wash area. At the extreme left is another bedroom with a common toilet.

For the exterior wall of the building, we have used off-white and grey with very light lemon green color and the grey highlight can be replaced with wall exterior tiles as well as per needs.
The boundary wall of this beautiful and modern Indian house design has matching color with the building and looks super elegant. There are two wide entrances to the premises, one leads to the car parking area and another to the main entrance of the house.
We have kept the front open space for landscaping purposes and all in this entire house allows natural lights and ventilations because of the wide open space, big size windows and midsized boundary walls.

Any design you select can be customized and changed, as per your requirements as long as the plot size, layout and orientation are same. Customization is limited to minor adjustments, without altering the structure and orientation of the design.
If you feel you require major changes, then ordering a fully customized house plan and design will make more sense.
What if I need some changes in building elevation as well?
You can ask for minor adjustments here and there and we can make those changes as needed.
How long does it take to deliver the completed house plan set?
Time to delivery may vary depending on the package and add-on services you have selected, and kind of changes and modifications you want us to make in the house plan. How do you deliver the final house plan and designs?

Different cities and states may have different building codes and guidelines. We take good care of standard process, but if your local states or municipality have any specific building code, you should share that with us, and we will keep that in mind while designing or customizing a pre-built house plan and design.
