Let me take you through this 35x50 sq ft 3-storey house plan.
The ground floor plan of this house is pretty open and spacious. It's designed this way intentionally because the clients wanted to have empty space at the ground level that can be used differently as per need.
To begin with, we have U-shaped stairs that lead you to the upper floors. Just behind the stairs, we have a huge size store room and a common toilet. The storeroom can easily be converted into a guest bedroom as and when needed on special occasions. Then we have plenty of space for car parking, ideally, 4 SUV cars can be parked and still, plenty of space will be left on the ground floor.
As you take the stairs and move to the first floor of the house, you enter the big size hall cum the living space. To your right, towards the front, we have one bedroom with a balcony and a common toilet on one side. On the other side, we have an L-shaped kitchen and a dining area. Just attached to the kitchen, we have a wash area as well. To the left, we have two bedrooms with attached bathrooms in each bedroom and a pooja room.
As you move upstairs from the first floor, you reach the second floor of this house. On the second floor, we have provided one bedroom, one office room, and a huge size bathroom with provision to install a bathtub and living space.
We are only using a portion of the second floor for construction and the rest of the space is used as an open terrace that can further be designed and decorated with potted plants and greenery, swings etc.
For the elevation design of this beautiful 35x50 south-facing house plan, the client wanted this house to look modern. But, without complicating anything in design. As the house is being constructed in a growing town, finding highly skilled labour may be challenging at times. So for that very reason, we have used a minimalist approach which designing the elevation of this 35x50 3-storey house.
We have used stone cladding on a part of the front wall. Aside from that, we have used simple colours like brown, white and lighter shades of green as the main paint colour for this building. On the rooftop, the clients wanted a hut-like sloped roof design, and therefore you see the slope on the terrace. All in all, the client was very satisfied and happy with this design and all is well if the client is happy.

What if I need some changes in building elevation as well?
You can ask for minor adjustments here and there and we can make those changes as needed.
How long does it take to deliver the completed house plan set?
